Review ~ Aim (Circle of Justice #3) by L.P. Dover

Title: AIM
Series: A Circle of Justice Novel
Author: LP Dover
Genre: Romantic Suspense Standalone
Release Date: August 7, 2017
*~* STANDALONE NOVEL *~*
When someone asks what I do for a living, I answer it plain and simple . . . I’m a hunter. I hunt the dregs of society and I’m very damn good at it.
I’m Ian Chandler, FBI agent and a member of the Circle of Justice, an organization of justice seeking vigilantes. My mission is to solve a string of ‘accidental’ hiking deaths occurring around my Wyoming town. When Grace Myers –a woman who’s been missing for days –shows up on my land, it turns out she’s the key to it all. Someone is hunting her, and I make it my duty to keep her safe.
However, the deeper I get into the case, the more dangerous it becomes; especially, now that I’ve fallen for the woman I have to protect. If hunting is the game, I won’t fail. I always hit my mark.

My Opinion

You should all know by now that I love an L.P. Dover book. As soon as I finish one I can't wait to get my hands on the next. Her fighters are still some of my all-time favourite characters, and I'm glad she's still linking her worlds across her books.

Aim held my interest and kept me turning the pages until the early hours of the morning. This series started off a bit rocky for me, but it has grown on me with every book I've read. The Chandler guys are definitely more interesting and I enjoyed Ian's story.

I would have like a bit more backstory with Ian and Grace's, but I enjoyed their relationship and the suspense element intertwined with it. The characters gelled well together with very little drama in their love life. It made the book an easy read.

Overall, I'm jumping into Blocked next, but I can't wait for Bryce's story. That one seems like it's going to be a good read.
