Description:
Men fall hard. Rock stars? Fall the hardest.
This is the conclusion to Alec and Nat's story.
I breathed in and out for a few seconds as I waited at the end of the aisle. It felt like I was standing overlooking the edge of a cliff, and the minute I saw my future wife, I was going to freefall.
The music started.
Shit, I was seriously going to pass out.
People stood, Demetri nodded his head and patted me on the back.
And then I saw her.
It was like seeing her for the first time all over again. Memories of meeting her that first day of school had me grinning from ear to ear. The local girl, who didn’t even know who I was the first time she saw me, fell for me. And in return, gave me her heart for safekeeping. I ached to touch her as she walked slowly down the aisle. Her brown eyes met mine. And I lost it. Every single fear that I was holding on to snapped.
Forget drugs.
Forget needing to calm down.
I couldn’t stop my heart from beating out of my chest, and I didn’t want to. I just wanted to touch her, to tell her how pretty she was in her white dress. I wanted to promise her forever, I wanted to be her eternity.
My Opinion
This was the perfect end to Alec's and Nat's story. I loved the chemistry and I'm so glad Dimitri got an ending too. I don't usually buy novellas, but I had to read this one. It had all of the aspects I love from this series and ended this section of the story in a satisfying way. I can't wait to watch Jaymeson fall now!

My Opinion
I jumped right into this book straight after Pull. I still have no idea why I put off reading them for so long. The stories are engaging, there are moments that make you smile, moments that break your heart, and the characters are brilliant.
I love that the comedy elements that come with this series. Although Eagle Elite is my favourite series by this author, these books are just as great. They're easy, relaxing reads that are full of hope as the characters traverse the difficulties of being a rockstar.
Overall, another brilliant read. I'm picking up Fall now!

Description:
Jaded rock star, Demetri Daniels, is in Hell — also known as Seaside, Oregon. Sent to rehab after nearly getting himself killed last year, his record company wants nothing more than for him to lay low, away from the limelight.
Irritated and more alone than he’s ever been in his life, Demetri tries desperately to rebuild his shattered reputation as a drug addict and player, which proves to be difficult when he meets Alyssa.
Alyssa is everything he should stay away from. She’s beautiful, smart, but above all else, she’s damaged. And one thing Demetri has learned is two broken hearts don’t equal a whole.
In the end, he has to decide if he can rise above the life he’s created in learning from his past mistakes, or fall into the darkness of his choices.
My Opinion
Why has it taken me so long to download this? I read Tear and Capture ages ago and have all of the paperbacks for books 3, 4, and 5. I held of reading them all because I hadn't read Pull and I have no idea why since RVD is one of my favourite authors.
Once again she creates a brilliant story filled with intense emotion. Wheither it was to bring a smile to my face or tug on my heartstrings, I loved Dimitri and the entire story. It was well crafted and just an easy journey to follow.
Overall, another brilliant read by this author!

My Opinion
Another enjoyable read by Rachel Van Dyken. When I saw this was free I couldn't resist, and then I had to start reading it straight away.
Although I knew parts of the story from Capture, it was great to find out more about the brothers and Nat in more detail. It was a read that held my attention well, even if all the cheating isn't my preferred subject matter, and I liked the characters.
I will admit I wanted a little more emotion in the back story and I wish it had been written in dual POV like her other books, but it was still good, and this is one of her earlier works. It was also slightly tamer in the romance side of things to what I've come to know from Rachel.
Overall, a great read and I can't wait to read Pull.
